In preparing for a Studies Abroad Trip to Italy next week on the leadership of Sts. Benedict, Francis and Clare of Assisi, I came across this wonderful little gem of a book: "The Benedictine Rule of Leadership: Classic Management Secrets You Can Use Today" by Craig S. Galbraith and Olliver Galbraith. It is a worthwhile read and a much needed contribution in our continued effort to recover a truly Christian approach to leadership.Wednesday, June 11, 2008
