Christmas Greetings
Have wonderful Christ-filled Christmas! I look forward with great anticipation to our continued interaction and the beginning of a new year and the promise it holds of God's leading and blessing.
The Promise of Scripture for Leadership Studies and Practice
It is my growing conviction that a clearer understanding of the Hebrew and Christian Scriptures holds the promise of a resurgence of moral and values-based approaches to leadership today. Only when our understanding and practice of leadership is utterly informed and fueled by the Word of God will we have the kind of Christian leadership that will change the world.

Excerpt from the Third Letter of Clare of Assisi to Agnes of Prague (early 1238 AD)
Place your mind in the mirror of eternity; Place your soul in the splendor of glory; Place your heart in the figure of the divine substance; And, through contemplation, transform your entire being Into the image of the Divine One himself, So that you, yourself, may also experience what his friends experience When they taste the hidden sweetness That God alone has kept from the beginning For those who love him.
